I like the new style that's no secret but it's important not to get carried away, need to put teams away, not sure about Pato, obvious talent but seems a bit lightweight, jury is still out. Hopefully get Walsh playing and keep him fit. Nitcham is another we need to look after. Important we don't entertain any offers for our players in January. |  | | |

Give it another five games and we should properly start putting teams away. It’s all about match fitness and sharpness - that can only get better. Gutted about the international break - it will suit Cardiff more than us. |  |

In the international break time will be available for coaching. Swansea will lose Cabango, and the u21s only Williams x2 Cooper B maybe . Lard perhaps.
The core of the team will stay in Fairwood. Cardiff who are in a bit of a shambles will lose Moore, Harris an Irishman or two and a few u21s Colwill etc.
More time for Martin to work on the players fitness and understanding of the system. McCarthy will get time to work on his set piece defending an attacking without Moore. It will benefit Swansea more given the lack of pre season. |  |
