| Stress release 17:18 - Nov 7 with 1670 views | Sirjohnalot | What do you do for stress release ? I don’t smoke, rarely drink, so exercise is my go to. I’ve ran 11 marathons, relatively quick, nearly 400 parkruns, god knows how many 1/2s but haven’t got time to train for marathons anymore and got bored of running during lockdown (still do parkrun) so switched to weight training. Have a stressful job, so it’s a good stress release. Don’t smoke, v rarely drink, my escape valve is exercise. Walking the dog is a big help too [Post edited 7 Nov 2021 17:19]

| Stress release on 23:56 - Nov 7 with 639 views | WalterBoyd | A lot of living longer is in the genes. So many people I know have kept fit, yet died young, as did their parents. Others I know, lead unhealthy lifestyle, going strong. My advice = Enjoy life, do whatever makes you happy and is legal. Be kind to others. End of. Oh, and support the Swans. | | | |

| Stress release on 18:44 - Nov 7 by builthjack | Work a minimum 50 hours a week, usually 60. Rarely drink but when I do I make it a good one. Watch the Swans most home games, and some away. Watch Wales regularly. Watch a bit of local football . Before Covid, usually had a couple of holidays a year, and weekends away, Xmas market etc. Usually got a project on at home. 5 - 6 hours sleep is plenty. |
8 hours sleep a night is just as important as any exercise/healthy eating regime. So no 5-6 hours of sleep isn't plenty

| Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

I've never been musical but one instrument I always fancied was a Saxophone. Maybe one day but it'll have to be fairly soon! Walking the dog is a big part of my day but when my best friend goes, no ore dogs so maybe then it'll be a sax....tenor.

Sax is quite difficult. I tried Flute. Still got it. I’m now piano, guitar .Depends on the song as to what I play. It s good pastime

I don't think I have the dexterity for a piano or guitar anymore. A sax seems more manageable. I'll need a hobby to take my mind off the dog!

Digital keyboards have many features to offset that which say. Sax is awkward. I could sell you my Banjo if yiu were keen enough. I’m not playing enough but will not sell it unless it’s to a good home . All my instruments are likely babies to me.

Ukulele is easier-small and fewer strings. Pick up a decent one for 30 quid or so. I have a short scale guitars (Fender Malibu and Squier Mustang) which are a bit easier to play.
