I would expect the u23 team picked last week with first team potential players De Fretais, Cooper Williams, Dhanda, Obafemi and Whittaker to brush aside Charlton's teenagers pretty easily. Given that there were two defensive howlers something like 5-2 of 4-2.
When the focus is right the u23 will deliver. No reason to promote them to the first team off the back of performances like this. [Post edited 24 Nov 2021 18:18]

As a wide player he should know how to track a runner whether as a wing back or winger. He clearly doesn't.
He's a decent finisher but has no pace, is very one footed & doesn't work hard enough when out of possession. | | | |
