Something happening at Burnley?

Apparently deleted all mentions of Burnley on his socials and unfollowed club, childish I know.

Bad move by him and roden, yeah great money for Joe but I think we got stung on Roberts.
I know one thing yeah Burnley in prem but another northern shithole I would never have gone near the place

Could it be Roberts and Rodon are not Premier League standard?

Premier league money, not premier league standard.
Both will move on next year, but not to Swansea.

I’d argue both play at an extremely high level for Wales, with Roberts putting up one of the best numbers from a creative perspective in the entire league while playing as a wingback and Rodon always looking like a cut above the division when he wasn’t injured. I think both are premier league standard (Rodon especially so) but both just at the wrong clubs at the right time.

That depends on who you are.
Million quid per month coming in wouldn’t take long.
A player with his head screwed on can invest wisely or buy much of Burnley s housing stock,as Robbie Fowler did

Modern PL players don't need to start second careers as landlords to set themselves up for the future. Don't need to do anything other than make sure their agent isn't running off with it or investing in ponzi schemes.

International football isn't all that high a standard. One or two teams in each group maybe. The rest might have a couple of decent players but the rest are probably on average worse than those the Swans face each week.

Rodon has PL quality but joined the wrong team. Spurs are in a bit of a mess and it's unlikely that Conte will try to fix it with a relative rookie at CB. As previously mentioned, Roberts could probably do a decent job as a WB in a Prem team, but he wasn't even the best RB at Swansea.

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.

That's right. Fabulous wing back but a decent right back.

He has an incredible engine and it should be utilised whether at Burnley or elsewhere.
