More fake racism, finally gets put in front of a judge for this. It’s been a long time coming
This is the issue in America of pretending there is widespread systemic racism in order to further political policy.
People then want all the benefits of that victimhood knowing that it doesn’t come with the downside of actually facing any oppression.
Smollet, the actor from the show Empire, paid people to attack him and then told police it was a racist and homophobic hate crime where they put a noose around his neck while wearing MAGA hats.
None of his story made sense and after the media outrage on his behalf, they went incredibly silent as soon as it emerged pretty quickly that he made the whole thing up in order to get into the spotlight and further his career.
Being a victim these days is a commodity not a burden, hence why nobody actually wants to solve any perceived social justice issue, they want to just keep it in the spotlight.
It is the creation of this fake racism that is perpetuating the race myth and creating tensions that just shouldn’t be there. I hope he gets a custodial sentence.
Then NASCAR driver Bubba Wallace should be next for his fake hate crime where he stated someone put a noose in his car garage…. that turned out to be just a garage pulley that was always there.
The furore around that was embarrassing.
If there was that much actual racism in every day life, these things wouldn’t need to be staged and faked, there would be plenty of tangible examples. The fact one was a prominent actor and the other a prominent sportsman says it all with regards to opportunity, regardless of race.
The sooner this race obsession gets stored away the better this world will become and everyone can get along again.
The positive is that it seems people are seeing through the sensationalist nonsense now and not being afraid to say it as it is. That’s always the danger with pushing these narratives too far, the taboo leaves them and people just call it for what it is as opposed to complying out of fear.
If anyone wants to watch the bodycam footage of when police arrived at Smollets hotel, it’s available on YouTube, it’s hilariously bad acting from someone who is a professional one. He still had the fake noose around his neck that was “supposedly” put on him an hour previous.
You would get that thing off you immediately if that story was true, the cops knew immediately he was lying. You could tell by their line of questioning.

I don't live in the USA so I can't say with certainty if there is or isn't widespread, systemic racism. I'm not going to say that because some people are faking racism for their own selfish purposes that there isn't widespread racism.
I do agree that this Smollett fella deserves jail time though. His actions could have sparked big problems. Such things can cause riots and the USA has seen enough of those surely.

The George floyd thing has been done to death, I think the cop was right to be jailed for his part in the death but I am still yet to see even a smidgin of evidence that it had anything to do with race. Yet the narrative says it was entirely to do with race. Same with that guy who they shot who had a knife or the one behind the door. There’s clearly a bit of an issue with the trigger happy nature of American police but they’re bound to be on edge because there’s always the possibility someone might pull a gun on them. But very few of them seem to be actually race related yet we are always told they are.

Yeah Chris Cuomo, those brothers are absolute wrong ones. Andrew was former governor of New York and used to just upload videos of himself flexing his muscles in the mirror.
Just weird.
But they all just follow a narrative that they are given and all stories are framed in accordance to that narrative. Bury any stories that don’t suit it, regardless of magnitude and twist any stories they can regardless if it fits or not.
When they realise people have clocked that the story isn’t how they represented, they drop it and move on to the next. But ultimately it will always revolve around “white people bad and oppressors”.
It’s what the Democratic Party lay their hat on, it’s how they get votes.

Fiery but peaceful has to be one of my all time favourites.
Some fantastic adaptations have been made from that in various memes.
I think a lot of people woke from their stupor when they saw the coverage by CNN with that one. They shoot themselves in the foot with their dishonesty, they don’t even feign a balanced view.

While being cross-examined, Smollett admitted that he initially said his attackers were white but changed his story later to say they were “pale” because it was the “responsible” thing to do.
“I didn’t want to make the assumption that they were white. So I said, ‘Let me change that and just say that they were pale-skinned,’ ” he said, adding, “They could’ve been a white person, they could have been a pale someone else.”
Asked whether he called them white so the attack would get more attention, he fired back, “You’d have to ask someone who actually did a fake hate crime.”
