| Good Morning Britain poll on 10:00 - Dec 9 with 1374 views | ItchySphincter | It’s quite straightforward. Invitation for vaccine should be sent out and a response should be mandatory. Tick yes if you want the vaccine tick no if you don’t. If answered no, please tick box to confirm you do not expect hospital treatment in the event of a positive test and severe symptoms. Easy peasy. | |

Have to say that is a good shout itchy. Right now ,my missus is in hospital and dropping her off yesterday and looking around I was wondering how many of those floating around have the virus and not been jabbed. Doctors and Nurses risking their lives every day because of selfish clowns who use fascism to decry those who do conform. It’s all about conforming and that is what they can’t handle. We are a nation that can’t be told what to do but sadly the Jerk running the country is a craven hypocrite and that gets people s backs up.

Depends entirely on who you are. The majority of unvaxed are youngsters and young adults. There are no deaths and barely any hospital admissions for these people. I'm in this group. I'd suggest you recognise the role or age and health somewhat, before casting me in this group more likely to fill up hospitals. So repeatedly short-sighted with this viewpoint. I'm still statistically far, far less likely to be hospitalised than some on here who are vaxed, because I look after myself (and of course, because of my age; I recognise that a healthy older person is more susceptible to diseases regardless of health status). Can you honestly say the same thing? And would you categorise me as 'more likely to end up in hospital'? Because if you don't, the majority of the unvaxed don't apply to your myopic statement. And OP - enforced vaccinations is an abhorrent idea. I'd feel the same way if vaxed or not. [Post edited 9 Dec 2021 11:38]

Personally i'd have no hesitation signing anything of the sort, I refuse to be brainwashed. That said there is still something very sinister in taking that approach which would make any decent human beings feel uneasy. And of course there is the dregs of society who would think it a good idea.

How many times do i need to ask you? What difference does it make if you come into contact with a non clot shotted man or woman or even one of these gender neutral thingymajigs . You are clot shotted so therefore protected or are you saying the clot shot won't protect you. Simple answer will do. That jerk running the country told you taking the clot shot is a good thing, he and the rest of his family also made a bit of coin the moment you and millions of others rolled up your sleeve's no questions asked.

bang on the money, the pro jab on here believe a one size fits all experimental needle will save the world. I don't know how many times i've tried telling them a healthy lifestyle and strengthened immune system will do the body much more good than a toxin riddled injection. After all our bodies differ from person to person I like to think i eat well 80% of the time, I run and go to the gym daily and i do intermittent fasting for 60 hours twice a month. Of course i will have a beer or two now and again with a ruby murray which is fine in moderation. I genuinely believe that I would have a better fighting chance with covid (any variant they can make up) than the fella who is down the pub everyday whilst back and fore the bookies, 6-7 days a week who's on his 3rd toxic jab. But you can't teach stupid. [Post edited 9 Dec 2021 11:49]

I'm not gonna go down any conspiracy routes or otherwise, but what you say about health and a robust immune system is unarguable. How many on here think themselves as paragons of health sensibility for simply having a vaccine, despite their terrible health and diets? It's never going to solve the underlying issue of our nation's poor overall health. But people won't listen; they willfully ignore their personal shortcomings as long as there's a purported magic bullet, every time. In a rational world, judging by what you say of yourself (I too enjoy a cigar and a pint of Guinness) we shouldn't be applicable! Instead we are chastised for having the temerity to have confidence in our own bodies and immune systems! A confidence manifested by years of careful living! And to top it all off, we are still less likely to be hospitalised as unvaxed people. The next time some c*nt tells me to get vaxed I'll strip off naked and ask them - do I look in need of a vaccine? On what level am I the problem? In what sense do I drain the NHS resources of this country? If I was ill I'd isolate. There's nothing more for me to give. I've worked an additional sh*t job for 18 damn months since this started. I've isolated twice. I've taken lateral flows. I've only gone out to exercise when it was law. And because now, as a healthy young man, I would rather rely on my constitution to see me through, I'm the issue? F*uck that and f*ck anyone who believes it. Rant over. I have work again. Any evidence those figure are not true or is it just your bigoted view? Another news item today 90% of patients who need intensive ICU treatment, on ventilators, are unvaccinated . Get vaccinated you know it makes sense.

The death rate for unvaccinated people is six times higher than the vaccinated, shocking really as most unvaccinated are in the under 30s who should have low risk.

Great idea . New Zealand announced today that they will increase the legal age for buying cigarettes every year. Anyone under 14 will never reach the increasing age bracket. They are also going to vastly reduce the number of outlets that can sell cigarettes from 18,000 to 500. Supermarkets and small shops will no longer be able to sell cigarettes. Vaping will still be allowed.

Far far less risk having the vaccines than being unvaccinated. The vaccinated should be congratulated for saving the NHS from collapse.

Not the point, if one or a hundred vaccinated people take up a beds, due to a reaction to the vaccine, when the risks are known, it's the same outcome, so do we not treat vaccinated people, works both ways.

If folk with other ailments are refused hospital care due to beds being taken up by masses of unvac’d they should be moved to private care with the unvac’d morons picking up the cost in the way of legally enforceable fines. Win, win for everyone. Hope the missus is in and out with no trouble.

People have lost the fooking plot. Forced medication and restricted freedom of speech characterise regimes that liberal democracies have served sanctions on for decades. They read something and seem unable to think critically about the context, consequences and precedents. We have a successful voluntary vaccination scheme with around 95 percent of high risk people covered, voluntary schemes have always worked best. Why on earth would anyone want to move towards totalitarian measures. Smokers, the obese and unfit account for 45 percent of the NHS capacity. Let's ban them all, let's face it they brought on on themselves.

Just imagine the furore if the unfit and unhealthy actually had to do something about it for the collective good. 5% of current beds in the UK are taken up by COVID patients. Who here can dare argue that this currently presents a greater danger to the NHS than the obese, the smokers, the alcoholics and the drug abusers combined?

The stupidest comment I’ve read in a long, long time. Bravo. And by the way FJ, I’m not arguing that the unvaccinated aren’t dying more frequently, overwhelmingly so in the older population. My argument is based on your implied assumption that I, or someone unvaccinated like me ( with a similar age and health status) is more likely to die of COVID than some wheezing obese mess who has happened to have the jab. Should the jabbed all have little medals for their selfless bravery? 'Well done sir, never mind that despite your clear ill-health and avarice, you and other like you have saved the NHS! Never mind that you're still very likely to need medical intervention not far down the line! You're exactly the kind of person this country should be proud of'. Pass the bucket.
