I had to take ten days or so away to look after some family matters which as you all know surround the health of a family member. I couldn’t take on the vast amount of work this website has become and attend to a more important matter as well. That issue has now been resolved for now, it has taken some very searching thought on this whole project. For now I am willing with certain others help to maintain continue this websites work. The reaction this morning to the Ben Cabango report was more than enough to confirm this. It’s a beautiful day when people take time out to confirm you are going in the right direction, regardless of their angle or agenda.

We hope you continue to enjoy the forum, the website and the many reports we make on well researched Swansea City stories. It seems they do impact on certain intellects, and that’s why we write in the way we do, to challenge and to eek out the poison. As we have stated before it’s very much in the style of ‘Learning emotionally’ A more cognitive style for us is boring and lacks passion. Carefully choosing the narrative and structure to provoke a response, and in some cases we do get it. From that they should be able to go away and reflect on their reaction, many don’t.

But that isn’t our issue, that’s for them. The sticks and stones of a few old men who are running from the grim reaper and in fear that they have left little behind in life is is as much a reason to carry this on for now than anything.

So, to them I say thank you. And to you all I say thank you as well. #YJB

You forget to mention that there are plenty of clubs who would not love to be in our position as well.

Depends on your thinking I suppose ,glass half empty/full , me I’m happy we are an established championship club if you had told me when I was a young lad when we were mostly crap and had no money (there was a time where we didn’t pay for a signing for years ) I would have thought you were mad , don’t get me wrong being premier league was great and maybe if things were managed better we would still be there but have a look at the finances of the clubs that are up there or have been up there recently and I think we ain’t in a bad place at all

We were sat in 4th spot last season with people moaning right left and center.

Now we are 18th or whatever we are, after spending millions, now we can't complain because we lost to Kidderminster 4-0 about 20 years ago.... from the same people that moaned constantly last season.

It's all forced narrative, I don't pay it any attention. We are a decent Championship side and should be in the top 10, without question. Anything less is poor.

But back to the thread, welcome back good sir.

Thanks for the comments folks, it wasn’t easy to run this shower 😂 and do what I had to do, this mornings tirade from that idiot in Moscow a point in case. It just goes to show and is a good example that running this website with the issues I’ve disclosed for not being around that fools like him are poisonous and don’t think about anything but themselves at any level. Nor the damage they do or indeed what can be done in the future as a result. Worth thinking about.

Let’s get this thing going again, post away it all, adds,to the atmosphere, thanks to Gruff he is a big US football fan, which makes him an incredibly boring man and will be in and out of here with stuff as and when. He’s over in the USA for the foreseeable, super bowl etc.

Cheers folks.

in the 60s/70s I had the micky taken out of me all the time for being a Swans fan, all other kids were Leeds ,Chelsea Pool or Man U fans , and probably never wert to a game!
From 4th Div I never dreamed I would have seen what weve archived ,TWICE! .....being a Champ/dive side was a dream!

Having said that Prem is the aim, and always should be.

Always have to have an aim but we are a mid/low champ team..... Unfortunately we have fans who are unable to see what we are and think we should be doing better AND even worse that this is failure where we are today.

Some don't realise or forget, tip toes at twerton Park to see the pitch or a cold Edgar St with half the pitch frozen trying to get the blood flowing when going for a wazz!

We absolutely should be doing better.

Ridiculous to suggest otherwise.
