On Saturday I was in that much pain and couldn't move my Mrs had to call an ambulance they had to give me gas and air enternox to take me to A&e anyway a mri was done turns out I've a buldging disc I can honestly say I've never experienced pain like it in my life,
I'm on really strong painkillers it's helping but it's still so uncomfortable I can honestly say I actually cried I was in so much pain the only relief I'm getting is when I lying down I put myself into the fetial position that feels wonderful
Anyway anyone else had this and any tips |  | | |  |

Yep its awful mate I used to get pains in my back and hips like somebody had hit me with a baseball bat I had an operation in the end after loads of bull sh1t physio, exercises ,injections they took the discs away (which are actually gel) and fused my back with pins I was off work for nearly 9 months and have a scar on my back about 10 inches long |  |

Depends how bad it is.
My wife couldn't move with hers.
An operation was the only option, but a few weeks recuperation after and she was fine.
As you say get professional advice.
May be worth paying a couple of hundred pounds to get to see a private doctor for advice. | |
