Yes they are protected. I thought it was plain stupid when the soldier went to ground and they carried on filming stood up. These are protected for what they are saying. The narrative is obtuse. How can they even pretend that the sniper is so guilty of shooting at civilians who are carrying russian passports when they have used missile upon missile to obliterate the city killing tens of thousands of civilians. That journo may be brave but he is doing it for the Russians.

Yes indeed. you hear the crack ( the round passing by , sounds like bees buzzing ) then the thump of the weapon being fired . It's part of every infantry mans training to try to establish when shots are fired , difficult to do when in built up areas such s streets etc but doable with practice
