Swansea have made it clear the valuations they place on both players, and even at much lower values twenty million pounds could be banked come the end of this transfer window. 1 To strip or not to strip, that is the question.

any profit /return is better than neither , maybe its the long game their playing as they doesn't seem to be looking to go anywhere soon

Perhaps they feel there are some good prospects in the academy that can be developed. 18-20 years. The u18 and u21 are starting to show some form. Wilson, Lloyd, Cotterill, Congreve, Blyth, Thomas. Congreve has dipped his toes into the first team and learned some lessons. it is tough school against Luton tough nuts and Middlesbrough's experienced pros. Jury out on Rushesha (injured) and Abdullai. I like to think Whittaker Joseph and Garrick might have a future. Benda needs to get his head down and graft in training to learn Martinball. Several hours every day with his feet. Its not that difficult.

We made a good profit on Flynnidine. Darling has had an up and down start but I imagine we will go on to sell him for more than we bought him for. I think there’s a good player in Wood too and I’m interested to see how he will grow. Fisher we will never get that money back unless Martin buys him for his next club. If we are selling players for £8 million plus there’s no reason we can’t be spending at least half a million on an up and coming replacement who will get better.

If the owners/Winter hadn't slammed the brakes on spending we'd have Sorinola on a permanent contract.

Again he might come good, you never know. Guehi looked bloody awful when he first arrived. It’s been a rough start for a lot of them but I’m not writing any of them off after four or five games.
