My wife a sporty girl said to me well into the second half why haven't France made any subs ?, I said they haven't got any subs, she said but Giroud is ancient, I said France have got half their first team missing that is why their bench is weak.
We are talking Benzema, Pogba, Kante, the first choice left back, Saka was giving the reserve a run around, if they had subbed him they would have been down to the 3rd choice.
