He went there as a premier league player. 4 years later he is in the championship and has not kicked on much if at all. . Swansea are paying close to that for Ntcham allegedly.
Sheffield have a decision to make They might offer him less. He has not earned a rise. He has not signed anything yet so perhaps the offer on the table is much less.
