It is in its own way , regardless of the few happy clappers we have bestowing the virtues of the owners , the overall view for many is that the Club is in decline , I'm not bothered about the PL as an entity , when you consider the amount of money being spent on one player which would keep alive a Club in the lower leagues for a few years .for me the sooner the bubble bursts the better but there's no sign of that happening . |

Reads more like it's the other way around. Jenkins and Birch were largely left to get on with it. Winter has far more oversight. Whether that's the influence of Silverstein or not, things have changed. |  |
