A number 2 rarely makes a good number 1, not saying it couldn't happen and if Chris gets the job then he'll get my backing but Martin wasn't a no2, Cooper, Potter, Laudrup, Tosh, Roberto, Brendan, Paulo etc were never no2s, the only one I remember stepping up was Paul Clement, plus we offered it to Graeme Jones a few times but he turned us down. |  | | |
