What strikes me as the difference with October 7th is that all Israelis who fell into the Hamas net were either killed or taken hostage (and in a ratio of nearly 5 to 1). No women or children were released to flee. The armed militants did not walk past civilians leaving them alive as the IDF are doing for much of the time (and accepting that there have been some abuses). | | | |

The Iranians/Hamas were given translation books with phrases such as ''lie down'' and ''remove your panties''. They were basically armed with a rape kit. The kids were kidnapped to go house to house. When the families barricaded themselves in, they would use the kids to scream help, let me in , quick. As soon as the families opened the door, they were attacked. The women had female genital mutilation carried out in front of their family. I have already spoken about the father with the hand grenade placed on his stomach to blow him up and his son who had his eyes gouged out by knife to kill him. His brother survived but lost one eye, as the attackers were called away. They raped and then murdered the women, before leaving their naked bodies at junctions and roundabouts.
