I went to their game yesterday with Watford mates. It was a carbon copy of our game on Boxing Day. Millwall were dreadful with the ball but pressed early and got a deflected goal then Watford spent pretty much all the game pissing about it with it 30 yards from goal, sideways, backwards, sideways, easy ball to the centre-half, eventually lose it and start again.
Ismael’s success at Barnsley was all long balls into the channel and pressing high. Either he’s abandoned that or he’s been told to as they were pathetic. | | | |
