How much hard cash has he actually paid into Swansea City?
Just wondering.

Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

There has been no mention of any investment from him at Companies House. But he may have invested in Swansea Football LLC, similarly with Modric.

I’m assuming the LLC is still running.

I assumed the LLC has moved on and is no longer involved. This was run by Kaplan and Levien and Silverstein. They have presumably sold up. I thought Coleman was in this group but possibly not. Morris was never in the LLC in the US.

Swansea city 2002 limited shows up Coleman Cohen Cravatt Morse Morris and a few other US names on Companies House but not Stewart or Snoop. Two Brits Morgan and Mellor.

Snoops birth name is Young Calvin Broadus Jr.

I suspect the LLP is s no more and the ownership is more conventional now. Steward and Snoop might have done the Convertible Loan Note procedure with the plan to convert it into shares at a later date. Silverstein did this. This may gave been conditional on the legal case being settled with the SCST.

Indirect is what we need. Any direct investment won't count for PSR, but an extra 5.000 at Preston will. The biggest benefit will be the shirt sponsor deal for next season. The rumour mill has said it's a couple of million extra.

Matos wearing a damp back track shirt yesterday after the game with the " Death Row" logo. A little re search show it is owned by Snoop. It could be Snoop / Stewart investment is actually sponsorship which helps with FSP?

You could always read the post above taken from the club website. It is a regulation that every club lists all shareholders with over 10% holding on their club website. No assumptions just facts.

Yes but it is probably less than 10%. Snoopy has clearly invested in training apparel sponsorship with his firm Death Row. It could be Martha is involved in that firm as well.

By "investing" in Sponsorship rather than shares the the club call call the incoming money as "income " not "investment" and cash out on Idah and Galbraith which looked surprising at the time.

Direct sponsorship by owners is an area that needs to be very carefully monitored by the legal team at the club because although the EFL allows owners to sponsor their own clubs such as placing their other businesses on shirts or stadiums but these deals are scrutinised to prevent them from being artificially inflated to bypass financial rules. We can't just do as we like. Using the profile of "names" like Snoop Dogg, Martha and Modric to lift the profile of the club and therefore the sponsorship value is fine, but direct sponsorship above market value is not allowed.

There is no suggestion of sponsorship " over market value" . There is no reason for him to do that. He is probably not a multi billionaire.

I am suggesting the money that the club has received from Snoop and Martha perhaps is largely sponsorship with the shares a minor part perhaps. The club needs a bigger stadium naming deal.

Not sure what you class as multi but has been reportedly a net worth of approximately $160 million.

The suggestion isn’t that Snoop Dogg sponsors us himself, nor Luca Modric or Martha Stewart. Ryan Reynolds doesn’t sponsor Wrexham.

The point is there will be a lot more global interest in us because of the three of them, particularly Snoop Dogg and that will make us a lot more attractive to potential sponsors.

The money he puts in himself or the few thousand extra fans we’ll get tomorrow aren’t the end goal here.

Nobody is going to divulge any information until the sponsors official press release. Gorringe himself did publicly state our next round of sponsorship deals will be significantly higher than the current ones. The shirt front sponsorship in particular was highlighted when comparing it to the revenue Wrexham receive for theirs.

Incidentally interesting first post.

Plenty of people seriously underestimating our owners.

The notion we’d bring global superstars on board for a few thousand on the gate now and then or a couple of million for their shares is crazy.

Wrexham have gone from Ifor Williams trailers to United Airlines. I don’t know the finances, but it’s fair to assume that’s a significant upgrade.

Just for context, five or six million is probably more than we'll make this season for all our gate receipts combined.

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.

Gate receipts are vastly over valued by supporters, they are much lower than both commercial and broadcasting revenue.
