I wonder if this new season we can avoid the jibes aimed at individuals on here because they don’t go to games and therefore have no voice. I very rarely go and I live in Swansea but I feel I have as much right to comment because I’m a passionate ‘supporter’. That’s my choice not to go.

Little chance
It’s been like this for fifteen yrs
Some hold grudges because others have criticised their fav player even though that player wouldn’t have given a monkeys about the club
Fans are graded quite clearly
ST holders
Never miss a home game
Away fans that do “ the hard miles, a grotesque phrase
Swansea based fans
Fans brought up in Swansea that moved away
Fans that don’t go because of domestic issues but still use this site to comment
Fans who just use this site to keep on touch as they’ve moved away
Fans are more mobile than ever befor
Personally the “ best” fans , eh the Kidwo Jack who got up at god knows when to listen / watch on TV
Or the likes of Keith and other ex pats who miss most games but follow every game
We are a weird bunch for sure
As for me , I face a significant health issue and future very uncertain but having got back in touch with Demetrius , a wonderful man and some other SEALS on FB , my target is to get to some northern always but they’re mostly right at end of season
Swansea games less attractive due to family issues and also greater chance of coming across some I would rather avoid, plus I’d be on my own as my missus won’t set foot in our stadium

I have been a ST for most of the past 45 years, been to over 70 away grounds (many more than once) following the Swans in that time.
I haven't renewed this season due to work commitments & grandfather duties of taking my grandson to football on a Saturday morning.
Any of the jibes regarding the Swans or commenting on Welsh international football wont be given the time of day. |  | | |

Back to topic, biggest issue our club has and always has had is why so many Swansea people “ follow” the likes of Liverpool , Utd, Spurs etc
You’d think we’d all stick together and encourage people
Anybody interested enough to pass comment on our players and club means one less glory hunting prick
It matters not if one goes to games or not
Sorry Fireboy and Builth but that’s fact
Our fan base , for these of The city of Swansea and region is ridiculously small
It’s not down to lack of success either

Sorry to disappoint you mate but if I feel criticism is due I will criticise. When a poster complains that we lack ambition as a club if we sell our best players, which currently we need to do to stay within the regulations, whilst not inputting one penny into the club to help finance running costs I will criticise. Many supporters who dont or seldom attend still add to the clubs finances. Some don't and just complain, criticism of these individuals is justified in my opinion. We will just have to agree to disagree. |  | | |

Well I’ve seen us predicted for 16 th with Cardiff getting relegated and Wrectim in play offs then promoted
I don’t any of those will happen
Get striker right , sort out Galbraith , dump the dross and O think top ten
As for Cardiff , Im truly not arsed
Wrexham might need a reality check
Main thing is we are all around to chew the cud and not be arsey to each other

No-one should be free from criticism if someone feels it’s due. But there is criticism and there is what we see almost day in, day out which personally I feel is uncalled for. Certainly the repetition of it.
