I'll be honest, i thought his performance was a bit shaky and felt very nervous whihc was to be expected and will only get better. I don't get the hyperbole that he was our best player by a long way. I felt he gave the ball away a lot and was out of position a fair few times. He will only get better as he gets more confident but he was shattered on the hour mark |  |

He suffered with cramp late on against Leganes and I presume the switch on 65th minutes would have been planned to protect a young player.
He did give away a number of balls it was usually looking for the long ballwhen all options for play in tighter areas of the pitch had been closed down clearing at the right time instead of going backwards, it kept us further up the pitch and kept the ball on the opposition half instead of inviting pressure on ourselves thought we played it too long at times but it was better than the pressure we succumbed to before half time. | | | |
