As men we would never get involved in women's gossip chit chat and being women.
In a very high pressure environment where men's lives are on the line being physically strong is very important.

Got another year to retirement and they got a new AI system coming in which will only create more pressure, which that pressure puts on ALL working and not just those who like a little or longer skive, I often get stuck on afternoon jobs and often home later than my normally daily hours, I've never put overtime in, virtually everyday I get home I carry on working with inputting stuff onto laptop or ordering parts etc, I just accept it and to get questioned on stuff is beyond the pale and they know that you are home and still working because everything is traced. Agree and I tried gently explaining that to him but he had enough and he was going. I think he is going to work at a warehouse shortly so he will have an income and hope he doesn't dig in to his inheritance. He has just "invested" in solar panels and a underground pump so his bills should drop substantially. | |
