Measured roughly on memory map, I made it 50 miles from Mumbles Pier to Gowerton. ADD to that the 5 miles from the Leisure centre to Mumbles and the 2/3 miles extra if you want to go right out to Whitford point. AND obviously whichever way you get back from Gowerton to Swansea ( probably best to do the cycle path via Waunarllydd/Killay/Blackpill.

Bear in mind the ups and downs of coastal paths will NOT be measured on maps and could add another 10-15 % to the distance. | | | |
