Just worra cruel disease that seems to affect sports people disproportionately. Much research needs to be done. Bless you Rob

| Rob Burrow and MND on 10:05 - Oct 14 with 372 views | onehunglow | My God. Ive watched Rob at at Helens when Leeds were there.RL crowds can be very parochial and hard nosed but Rob was univerally respected and seen a a brave and almight pain in the arris on the field of play. No finer compliment. When he is free of this pain, his legacy will be significant across the north and through the game of Rugby League. | |

| Rob Burrow and MND on 10:25 - Oct 14 with 365 views | Catullus | I think Rob Burrow is a hero, he's facing this terrible illness head on and made that program for everyone to see what it does. He's a brave man. Just as brave are the families that have to live through these illnesses. Hard enough in normal times but right now? I can't imagine. | |

If you're 5 feet 5 and 11 stone and taking hits from guys 6 ins or more bigger than you ,then you are brave to start with. Have a look at some of the game he was involved with. Not unlike Faf Du Plessis ,mall but incredibly skilful and one you'd truly want to whack, but it's hard to nail real craftsmen in sport. enjoy the day as best you can.Im still very angry with the scenes in Liverpool last night. Here on this side of the river we now face virtual lockdown because of the cretins in this county.

I didn't/don't watch rugby league but I suppose I'd have to compare it with Shane Williams. I think being brave on the pitch is one thing, but the bravery he displays now is way more. He's not doing it for himself or for his team or family, he's doing it for the rest of us, so we can see and hopefully support the fight to find a cure.
