Watched this last night and still thinking about it. If you have not seen it,do so. Ok it's by Polanski but a searing indictment of the treatment of Jews in Warsaw. As powerful as Schindlers List.

No idea mate And a good morning to you
I had other things to do.
Quality stays
and to you , its seems the weather's turning for the worst along with race relations after yet another outcry from the those who must not be offended. Never mind hopefully when I leave this mortal coil all thoughts of having to conform to the wishes of followers of a cult steeped in murder and oppression will be left behind . Although if I was to follow a faith it would be Rastafarian ,if only for the ganga .

I’d recommend this if anybody hasn’t already seen it. A big screen adaptation of R.C Sheriff’s famous play. Plenty of familiar faces and pretty faithful to the original script.
An idea isn't responsible for those who believe in it.

A very good adaptation imo which sums up how life in the trenches must have been like , terror and boredom, interlaced with what positivity humans can do for each other in times of adversity.

Watching the Pianist got me interested in the Nazi crimes big time, have now been to many concentration camps as well as Lidice, also based my self in Munich and then traveled by train to Nuremberg and Berchtesgaden to see where the rally's and Nazi trials took place, also went to see where Hitler lived and also went up to the Eagles nest, yep the Pianist is a great film no doubt about that.
