For me, the make or break for Russell Martin comes at the end of the next international break.
I’ll put my predictions in later ðŸ‘
From Cardiff at home to Bournemouth away are the games we should be looking at.
That’s another six games for the supporters to make an assessment.

Cardiff win
WBA draw
Birmingham draw
Peterborough win
Coventry lose
Bournemouth lose

For me the Cardiff game is the big pressure game, nobody wants to lose the derby game and we were already into the realms of Martin being judged. If we lose that then a lot of people may turn but if we win then Martin might even win over some of his critics!
My personal feeling is still that as longas we can see improvements then he gets more time but in another 6 games if there is no improvement then Martin and Winter will feel the pressure of unhappy fans. Fans can be very fickle. |  |

The concept of sacking Martin this season is ridiculous. If we were bottom and churning out cooper crap without the spawny scraped Ayew driven wins then maybe, but neither is likely. Normal rational people know the score. The wingnuts and stats monkeys are irrelevant.
You are right though, he will, however, get a much smoother ride if we win this game, even in a dreadful game, as per the pumper. |  |

Not the concept but the reality Mike.
If we are bottom three,I doubt he will be that trusted as he is now.
