Just doesn’t fit the mould. Plus there’s no doubt there’s an attitude there otherwise why not pick him ?

There's been not a hint of attitude during the rest of his time at the club so it would be something of a surprise if one has surfaced now. Or maybe he's just pissed off that a player who can undoubtedly contribute to a Championship side has been basically binned off for no real reason?
| Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back. |

What not another player with an attitude problem.....seems to be happening a lot here this season.. It cannot possibly be down to the manager could it

Russell Martin’s developmental football philosophy 21st Nov 2021 17:30Russell Martin comes from a very different stock. At some point during his football journey, and it may well be when he started his management of the illness ulcerative colitis where he reached a crossroads. Now that may sound strange, how can an illness change a persons mindset in life, be that how you live, what you understand and how you learn ? 0

| Jay Fulton : A simple explanation as to why he played again for Swansea - And we on 18:04 - Mar 22 with 940 views | Chief | I know he's virtually surplus to requirements in Martin's eyes (not entirely - he does make occasional appearances), but I don't see the logic behind the banishment. Surely that's not the way to attract suitors? Blatently showing the club's hand too. And it's not like Fulton's wage was a surprise to anyone. Seems a bit of a niave move. | |

He isn’t good enough clearly to be Olivier Ntcham or Flynn Downes, or indeed Matt Grimes for that matter, let alone Jamie Paterson or Hannes Wolf. And from what I’ve seen this season I agree. And Martin has made it clear, if you don’t buy in, you are out. That mould.

and possibly one of the first names on the team sheet the past two years , funny how a good player becomes bad in different eyes .

Would Cooper have played him over Downes? It's not just "different eyes", we signed better than him.

Really. Wolf is hardly ripping up trees and Ntcham is never seemingly fit enough.Grimes is a non captain and in no way inspirational. He is undroppable. Don't tell me Fulton is not good enough to start. Martins' moulds are jelly.

The issue is Fulton being frozen out completely. I agree Downes is top class at this level and should start every week if fit. But for Fulton and others not to play at all seems a waste especially when the manager is moaning about players being tired and fatigued from playing too many games or sitting on a bus.
