A fair guess is that if a politicians lips are moving, they are lying. However, if a politician trots out any of "as far as I'm aware" or "to the best of my recollection" then it's 100% certain they are lying.
How can Bojo not be 100% certain whether or not he discussed government business? How stupid would he have to be, if he wasn't a liar anyway. | |
