I sensed Martin tried to improve his overall discipline and lectured him a few times on the requirement for him to become a professional footballer.

Fans believe they are "entitled" to run on the pitch once a rare result is gained. It is against he law of the land and has led to a number of incidents in the past. McBurnie was involved with one leading to worry and waste of time and money in court. | |

Had it been last game of the season I could understand their disappointment ( though cannot condone the violence)
However Middlesbrough have some vital games left to play to try and get promotion either via the playoffs or even possibly pip Sheffield United
So totally understandable why the fans weren't allowed on the pitch | |
