Doesn't mean that the players are though, although in Shankland's case he's been at Hearts for years [I think] but I don't think any club as made a serious bid for him, we might have, I don't know. |  |

I recall reading Shankland had a trial at the Liberty roughly 5 years ago. He was at Ayr banging loads of goals at the time. Perhaps one of those trialists in u21 games. He has not ben at hearts that long. |  |

Going back to Shanklin, he moved from Ayr to Dundee United, and got them up from the Championship with 28 goals from 33 appearances. His time in the SPL was blighted by injury, which resulted in fewer goals. LS then moved to Beerschot in Belgium where he flopped. However, since returning to the SPL with Hearts his goals have started to flow again. He'd be a big gamble for the Swans. My sense is that he has probably found his level and doesn't necessarily travel well. |  | | |

They might have got his age wrong on the website but if he is 1 he’s incredibly advanced for his age and would fit into our under 2’s squad seamlessly but obviously Under 2’s football is a bit of a step up from the SPL. | |
