Personally I think this is a great idea. For the dogs safety more than anyone else. I took my pooch down the beach once and he got a load of sand in his eyes which irritated him and caused infection which lasted ages. Never took him back since.
Great. Now we need to stop the filthy cretins who leave Soiled nappies Remnants of burnt burgers Tin foil and plastic bottles Glass bottles ,which tend to cause more pain than dog crap. Disposable bbqs Used condoms Sanitary towels And of course human faeces
I'm not a dog owner, but why don't owners take a scoop with them and just dig a hole and bury the shit?
You’ve obviously heard of the dog ‘flick-a-poo’ movement ? Aimed at preventing dog owners leaving their sh1tty plastic dog bags to litter the countryside. Here’s a radical idea, why don’t they take the dog bags home with them to dispose of

True. There again, why don’t humans take home their spiked nappies and sanitary towels often left on the sand dunes ,along with their broken bottles of lager . Dog urine doesn’t stink either in the way that fellas urine does so quit pyssing on residents walls and outbuildings . Dogs can’t carry their shite home, humans can and do not
