Seems to me this is two things,

1 civil servants and politicians covering their own behinds

2 the final nail in Bojo's political coffin, this is his career over with. If he is prosecuted for having parties, again, how can he come back from this because he's is nailed to the mast as the liar we all know him to be.

Think he was already finished, looks like any politician will be looking carefully at their covid behaviour/records.

This is because Johnson got the Cabinet Office/the taxpayer to pay for his legal defence.

As the Cabinet Office/the taxpayer were paying, then it was Cabinet Office/the taxpayer who were the client - and not Johnson himself.

This meant the hot shot lawyers had to reveal all findings to the client, ie Cabinet Office/the taxpayer and not Johnson himself.

Once revealed to the civil servants in Cabinet Office that his personal diary included more party entries during lockdown, then they had no choice but to inform the Old Bill.

Good enough for the clown ….. 🤡

Seems like the government are trying to cover their own backsides and refusing to disclose material requested by Lady Hallett. In my opinion she should push this all the way and demand the material and the Public Enquiry should be far reaching and thorough - over 200,000 people died with Covid and we need answers. She’s even looking at Cameron and the steps taken during his time in charge to prepare for a pandemic. She’s got extremely high security clearance and should be able to satisfy herself.

Lady Hallett should be asking for the same material from the Senedd, Scottish Parliament and Northern Ireland Assembly. No preferential treatment for any of them, straight bat and all treated the same.

Seems the left wing zealots in the civil service are trying to bring an elected government down. Wonder if the civil servants in the Senedd and all the Labour run Councils including London are as keen to report their Labour masters.

…..or that’s the narrative the Conservative Party are spinning to cover for their completely incompetent shambolic running of country.
The Cabinet Office will be full of OxBridge types from well to do backgrounds, it could be a case of seeing Boris’s diaries and thinking what the @@@@ is all this , or it could possibly also be down to team Rishi who are trying “deal” with Boris nice and for all. The Civil Service is an easy target for the government.

It’s the same with woke and trans stuff, there was a leak last year to say the government would be targeting this as it was a means of distracting from the other issues. I’m not saying there aren’t issues with woke, but it’s nowhere near the scale the government are projecting it to be.

If Johnson had paid for his own legal advice then this would not have happened.
Sweet.

And the Covid inquiry will see him jailed for manslaughter.

I think this could well be a blue on blue issue.

Same with Braverman last week. The speeding thing was a non-story really but was front page of the Mail.

Felt like a ‘get back in your box’ message to me.

Correct.

Johnson hates that Rishi.
Rishi knows the Tory grass route support remains with Johnson.
Rishi needs to finish him.

Between the Partygate, Covid inquiry and the Select Committee then Johnson is already a dead man walking.

Johnson and Trump meeting last week with no power. Things you love to see.

Johnson wanting to release the WhatsApp messages is one of only two possible things …..

1. Johnson is a great bloke and wants to assist the inquiry so we all can learn the lessons for next time, or
2. The release of the WhatsApp messages damages that Rishi fella

I really cant make up my mind which it is …. 🇬🇧 ..😗

Deaths with COVID-19 on the death certificate

UK Total
226,622

This is why the judge needs to see whatever she needs to see.
The judge then decides what is relevent and what is not.
Thats the way this happens.

Now it looks like the UK government are hiding things.
I wonder why ?

This could end up with manslaughter charges.
There are two classes of involuntary manslaughter: unlawful act manslaughter and manslaughter by gross negligence.

Its the second one that will be looked at.

I certainly took them seriously as did my family. One of my kids worked on a Covid Ward throughout the pandemic as did one of the wife’s close relatives and it was horrendous lots and lots of people died.

The judge should get to see what she wants to see and it will be her decisions as to what should be admitted.

As you’ve said 226,622 people died with Covid on the death certificate and it’s cost us 10s of billions more to deal with it including some that went straight into the connected individuals trouser pocket. We need a completely transparent enquiry.

Bollox.
People couldn’t see loved ones, elderly parents, couldn’t even go to their funerals.
People died, alone.

And a thorough enquiry needs to take place into why that happened for what is increasingly looking like no reason whatsoever.

At no point were lockdowns or any of the other major Covid tactics part of the initial plan to deal with a Pandemic yet through a combination of weakness and not knowing what else to do the Goverment allowed themselves to be pressured into implementing them. Johnson was a part of that, and if he broke his own unnecessary rules then he needs to pay the price for that.

The only Government with the stones to stick to the plan was the Swedes, and they have most definitely reaped the rewards of doing so.

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.

Looks like Boris has handed his What’s App messages in, but as he changed his phone number in May 2021 it looks like he no longer has the messages for the period January 2020 to May 2021 which was part of the judge’s request. Call me a cynic……
