The financial depreciation will be as follows;-
£20m -- £384,000 a week.
£15m -- £288,000 a week
£10m -- £192,000 a week
£5m -- £96,000 a week
Add on to that £10,000 wages ?

Agreed, as I said the amount offered will be considered. If we were only offered 5 million I think I'd take the chance. Replacing a 20 goal striker is hard.

To a certain degree Piroe has the club over a barrel, if the club was loaded and had the cash to burn I’d stick him in the reserves and see how it went in January, but the club isn’t so it’s a different ball game. I’d be inclined to pay him off and sell on, speculate to accumulate, anything else is cutting your nose off to spite your face.
The owners are burning the clock on around £10m to £15m, pay him off a million or so and get 10x back in. No brainier as far as I’m concerned - but what do I know. | | | |
