It really doesn't seem to me that is what is happening. It seems more like they are enabling the very rich to take ever more of the wealth and keeping the poor reliant on handouts. E|verything has been downgraded in the last 50 years, schools, NHS, policing, well downgraded for the ordinary worker, if you are very rich you can have fantastic levels of education, policing and health care. | | | |
