These aren't "radical, extreme" elements. These are significant numbers of the overall Islamic population. 15% of the approx 4m Moslems in the UK supporting the aims and actions of ISIS is 600,000 people.

Firstly they weren’t on the list. (Hence my pointing out that none of the cases mentioned were on the list).
Secondly, three of the four were British born with the fourth born in Jamaica as a child and was a British citizen.
Thirdly, I didn’t mention any political parties.
