He's been learning English for around the last 9 months, I believe.
It's entirely plausible that he'll employ a translator to work alongside him initially, like Pochettino (one of his disciples) did when he came into Southampton.
I can think of plenty of coaches who had no PL experience but did more than alright, don't believe the hype... |  | | |
