Seems to me more and more companies are now using Covid for an excuse for poor customer service

You ring a help line it's Covid this Covid that what a load of bollox people can answer the phone remotely so please don't blame staff numbers on Covid

A lot of these companies make excuses, SKy and 3 have a lot of people working from home, I actually get through to them more quickly these days. They usually carry a warning of a long wait though.

Covid will be a cover all excuse for a while yet.

But it is a valid excuse for delays with some things due to social distancing in warehouses etc

Orders are doubling but you can only have half your staff in, there will be delays
