A lot of these companies make excuses, SKy and 3 have a lot of people working from home, I actually get through to them more quickly these days. They usually carry a warning of a long wait though.

But it is a valid excuse for delays with some things due to social distancing in warehouses etc
Orders are doubling but you can only have half your staff in, there will be delays [Post edited 24 Nov 2020 13:26]
