Trump cannot be put on trial, for anything, yet. Even so how can he be guilty of conduct or speech inciting people to rebel against the authority of a state when he is the authority?

Hillary is a highly educated and a skilled politician, American missed a trick by not having her as President, I know she had the majority of votes but unfortunately for her and America ended up with less seats and they have had to suffer Trump ever since.

She ended up with less seats? This is not how the US presidency election works.

She ended up with fewer college votes. Hilary Clinton is many things and a lot of people would include dishonest and corrupt among them. Same as many people say that about Trump. Lots of nasty stuff circulates about both Clintons. It goes with the territory I guess.

Didn’t come across as that clever when she was washing her husbands underpants mind. And I say that in lieu of the point he may wash his own or employ some other person via other people he employs to do the job. [Post edited 8 Jan 2021 1:22]

1. Hilary won the popular vote, but yeah something, something Hilary. 2. Correct. Unless he is impeached successfully or when Biden takes on the Presidency he is untouchable. As to your final comment - It's called a self coup (auto golpe?) when you bring down the law/institutions that would stop you retaining power beyond your legal term. Other than that...well done

Apparently (NYTimes reports) Trump is considering pardoning himself which is untested in USA law. Hilary lost, it's that simple. Will any Trump supporter try saying his supporters aren't violent now, https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/wor One of the arrested had 11 Molotov cocktails, was he planning a house warming then? All he needed was a White Russian and a Pornstar Martini and Trump would love him forever!
