A serious example needs to be made of Juan Cala. He had issues at Cardiff and was forced to train with the kids. It may be for similar issues. It is rare for players to slag off colleagues. |  |

The media sees these event and blames "Society".
Cala and his chums are accused. Throw the book at him if found gulty. A chunky two year ban will end this activity.
Be carefut though. Footballers are known for simulating. I recall one African origin Chelsea player throw him self the ground simulating a nasty foul where he was not even touched and miniutes later stating he was racially abused by the crowds. The case was dropped for lack of evidence. | |
