Advising where people should do their no 2s is geograpical and does not in any way represent Racism. The only chant than might is the "English always cheating". This suggest English people are prone to cheating. However given it is football and cheating is an accepted part of the game this is very mild. You might remember the TVP at Reading arrested some Cardiff fans in one game last season for race issues. They backed down eventually. It might have been anti English in some way rather than anti Black.
Sheep icons are not offensive either. Wales has a lot of sheep. Jamaica has a lot of bananas.
Most Swansea fans have 'bad experiences' but take it a an accepted price of being Welsh. A grown man can walk away. With wife and children it is not so easy.
