Have you seen the news? They are saying there will be special rules and these people won't just be allowed to go where they like.
UEFA used the threat of relocating the games to force the governments hand. Not that I agree with it, we should have told them to sod off. It is blatantly unfair but they'd have moved games from Wembley and no doubt there would be future repercussions too.

Seems some people think it is fine for 24 teams and all their backroom staff to travel all over Europe, plus TV crews, journalists and tens of thousands of supporters to travel. Then think around 1,500 sponsors and dignitaries can't travel. | |

UEFA should have pulled the plug on the tournament in its current guise, relocated it in 1 country., games behind closed doors and bubbles for players etc. That way there’d be consistency, no armies of fans traipsing all over the place with the risk it was being spread.
