First half was very encouraging unquestionably but we simply have to bury teams by taking chances. However,my opinion was we were more direct.
Second half was not as good and our failure to fully ram home our advantage could have costs us.
Cullen is clearly brought on to harry opponents as best he can .I prefer Whittaker ,who does less but scores more.

I agree, I think Martin has adjusted his viewpoint slightly, we do hit more long balls and apparently with his blessing now. But isn't that what a good manager does, recognise when something needs to change and if you can't change the team, change the strategy and tactics?
I agree with you about Cullen but maybe Martin thinks Cullen will grow into the role? It's possible isn't it? He's still young. I would like to see Whittaker given a chance up alongside Piroe (though would prefer to see Obafemi starting) because yesterday Piroe won flick ons and nod downs but there was nobody near to latch onto them.
Lets hope Martin is right and as conditioning improves the performances strecth out to the full 90.
Fulham will be hard, it's still early days for this team but I think we'd all be happy with a draw and ecstatic if we beat Cardiff! | |

That’s also what fair analytical fans do too.
Many of us said we had too much of a reliance on short passing and needed a more mixed approach. We were called negative and were told Martin has no plan B and that we just have to accept it.
Now Martin has realised and changed it - that’s the sign of a good manager?
Can’t be both views, either both the fans and the manager are praised for noticing it and advocating for it or both are criticised. |  |
