I have had an ongoing problem with British Gas for 5 months. Their customer service is terrible. Waste hours and hours on hold. The queue for their Web Chat thing was 6 hours |  | |  |

BG worst of all. I was a manager with them for a while . Huge,bloated and inefficient . We are with Octopus who are brilliant . Ovo also have humans to speak to readily . |  |

We ditched British gas years back after we had to get a solicitor onto them, they are total rubbish. We were with OVO but then Octopus bought them out down here, no complaints about either. There seems to be a standard now, a recorded message blaming everything on covid. |  |
