Interesting debate on radio yesterday there is a school of thought that you shouldn't bowl fast until your in mid twenties because a young person's body isn't ready and you'll get all sorts of problems later
Apparently in English cricket there is Guide lines that under 23s should only bowl maximum of 12 overs a day in first class cricket

Last holiday we had included a week in Barbados and went to the Oval and museum basically to pay homage to Garry Sobers .
I spoke to someone in Bridgetown that went to school with Andy Roberts and kept in touch.
