You can’t dispute England are a big international side can you?
This is not like Cardiff City and their fans who big them up at every opportunity giving off a stench of delusion in the process.

I think they are built up to the extent the fixation with them in the media is laughable.
They can’t live up to the hype. Most certainly can’t deal with the pressure, and aren’t good enough when it matters.
I’m not sure how big that makes them. But when you measure their alleged status as an international side they are a failure.
Tomorrow the English radio stations like Talk Sport will be in meltdown.

This close to the WC I think you’re right.
The players tonight were showing very little energy and that’s got to be down to the intensity of the PL rather than the manager. However, Hungary deserved the win without doubt.
