I’ve not read the report nor do I intend to. If the conduct and the inaction has taken place on Adam Price’s watch then he should resign. If he’s apologising for stuff that happened 20 years ago and before his time then in my opinion he shouldn’t be expected to resign, but he should make it clear any inappropriate action will be addressed properly.
Plaid Cymru can’t have double standards, they can’t criticise the WRU in one breath and call for resignations but adopt different standards for their own leader. | | | |

They made an absolute mess of the Jonathan Edwards thing when he admitted to assaulting his wife. A lot of this turmoil in the party stems from that. Edwards still has a lot of support within the party and they are fuming at Adam price for what they see as a betrayal. The party is essentially at war with itself.

Totally agree, they completely misjudged the mood in the room. I’ve met Edwards and he came across as a decent guy. He’s a good constituency MP, but he’s left himself down and compromised his position. Getting caught speeding or being banned from totting up is one thing, but I think the Caution is something else. | | | |
