I’m certain speeds of some sort would have been reached.
So what do the police do ?
Stinger the car ( sharp recoiling tyre busting tactic ) or let it pan out knowing as people have sold it’s not going to be a high speed chase. Even if it is, was or could be.
The real issue of course is Harry and his Mrs. Just tell the driver to stop. And call for the police and allow his security to maintain tactical protection of them and the car. If you don’t want to die like your mother then do the opposite. All smells of more publicity than anything else. |  |
