Leicester equally as horrible a team as Luton. The championship bar the top six in the premier league is stronger for me next season.

I can well remember Everton’s last day escape against the thugs of Wimbledon led by Vincent Jones Leicester is a place I detest and their rugby and football clubs with their arrogant fan base. Leeds is @ great city weekend

Only beaten by Millwall, Leeds & Cardiff for the lowest of the low Edit: add Stoke to that list [Post edited 29 May 2023 12:41]

Leicester are really in the crap financially from what I hear. Also wasn’t there talk years ago about them getting punished by the EFL if they ever got relegated because they broke the rules to go up in the first place?

They did a deal with the EFL,paid them £3 million to shut the case. Money talks. As Man City will tell you.

At face value all three are the toughest teams to have been relegated for years . All tgree should be favourites to get straight back. That said, there could be significant issues with them all and Leeds the worst . Fork em

I agree with you. Next season will be a tough one, there’ll be 6 teams in the division on parachute payments, Leicester, Leeds, Southampton, West Brom, Norwich and Watford, throw in Sunderland who average over 38,000 per home match and Boro who average about 26,000 and all of a sudden theres 8 teams who are generating more money than the Swans. Granted money doesn’t equate to success, but they’ve got a good head start. The only saving grace with the teams coming down is that they may have to contend with large scale player turnover to balance the books. [Post edited 29 May 2023 8:38]

On the other hand,it could be very exciting. Get a coach that is pragmatic and result driven ,drop tHe suicide play and we can rock again.

Regarding the teams coming down, their top players will not want to play in the championship and move on, weakening them even more. Even their internationals were not good enough to keep them up so the rest of the squad are even weaker, bring them on I say.
| So who is coming down on 22:05 - May 29 with 1038 views | Robbie | Report on the radio saying Vardy on 120k per week until Summer 2024 . So does he play in the Championship and pick up that wage for another year , then as suggested it will drop to 40k if Leicester are not promoted at first ask . Doubt there will be many Premier league teams ready to offer big money to a 35 year old . Mega money deal abroad could be his solution next year though . | | | |
