I'm feeling extremely positive about this season, however, I spent a few minutes updating my diary with the upcoming fixtures and this season's league looks so much more competitive than the one just gone. Top 12 at a push for me.

It’s tough and I think personally as competitive as it’s ever been. Any success will be well earned.

A great believer in taking anything you like to wherever you want to.

I don't think it's any tougher than last year. For Burnley and Sheff Utd see Leeds and Leicester. Nobody who has come up particularly frightens me either.

We barely won in five months last year and still nearly made the playoffs. The division hasn't improved that much.

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.
