It would be the first of numerous appearances on the Saturday night favourite. These days MOTD only features Premier League games and the priority is always the top six or so matches of the day. 0 The good old bad old days ?

I’m sure I’ve been told or read this somewhere? Anybody able to confirm this? I think its the jam sounds affects cover. Anybody able to confirm? [Post edited 7 Oct 2023 7:58]

In 79 we played Southend at home the game before and on the way back a car ran into the back of mine, so it was off the road. Trian times stopped me going as well. Today there were thoughts of going and staying the night, but again a few reasons got in the way. Maybe one day?

Started at the Vetch when he was 16. Died in the physio room. I recall Toshack saying that Harry would often be seen tidying up, sweeping the players areas, painting, and doing the jobs todays ‘apprentices’ haven’t done all their lives let alone as a part of their development. He even brought sandwiches for the players on away trips. This guy was a true Jack.

Wholeheartedly agree, it seems the article has been picked up on within the club, I wonder ?
