Sunderland had a 16 year old come on in their last game Mowbray seems to do this a lot and with success- I think we should be giving one or 2 of the youngsters a go Fletcher for example . We have games coming thick and fast at Xmas we might well need to use them what with injuries /suspensions.

If the aim is to develop then another club's player should probably not be first in the queue.

Liam Smith should be in the first team squad, bags of quality and we're short a tricky wide player.

I think Swansea have some sort of option on Fletcher. If he does well he will be signed up. All the indications are he fits the bill.
