When they played on as the ref instructed there was no reason to pull play back IMO. The linseman didn't flag so surely play should have gone on and if it was offside VAR would have called it. Just poor refereeing in my mind irrespective of who they are. |  | | |

Still under investigation.
For me, the longer it goes on the more heavier the sentence. They are going to investigate Man City thoroughly because any decision will be appealed, and they have to have everything tightly secured. The investigative process has to be thorough, the unused papers checked for any later issues, they will need consultations with their legal team plus the identified expert overseeing the investigation.
If the decision is to relegate Man City they have to have absolute confidence in their processes.
